We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our Head of Business Development.

- Alert: You are always watching out for new communications/information coming in.
- Proactive: You look ahead for calendar conflicts or past events that need to be rescheduled and make sure to resolve issues before they happen.
- Resourceful: You’re always finding ways to fit important meetings in. You are creative in finding ways to stay in touch with the person you assist.
- Responsive: You stay on top of the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
How You Succeed
- Emails and social media inquiries are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Leads and opportunities are kept up-to-date in the CRM and pushed down the funnel at all time.
- Calendar events are carefully coordinated, leaving room for recovery and prep work, while ensuring optimum productivity.
- Tasks are scheduled according to company’s priorities.
How You Grow
- Faster: You’re making sure we always respond to inquiries within a few hours.
- Easier: You’re continually finding shortcuts and/or new tools to make your work easier.
- Cheaper: You’re always on the lookout for new ways to gain insights on prospects.

Hours and Logistics
- Work from home
- Part-time initially (20-30h/week), with option to become full-time if successful
- Flexible hours between 8am and 8pm ET
