Six Feet Up is pleased to announce that the team's three talk submissions have been accepted by the organizers of the upcoming Plone Symposium East 2012.

This year marks the fifth Plone Symposium East, to be held at PennState University on May 22 and 23, 2012 and Six Feet Up will be represented by four team members:

• Chief Technology Officer Calvin Hendryx-Parker will talk about "Playing With Blocks: 6 Pro Tips for Building Your Next Super-Charged Plone Site"
• Senior Developer Clayton Parker will present "Using Buildout, GenericSetup and a Policy Package to Rule the World"
• Senior Template Development Chrissy Wainwright will explain "How to Get Started Theming Plone"
• Director of Client Relationships Carol Ganz will be sharing best practices on how to launch successful Plone projects while exceeding your clients' expectations.

In addition, Chrissy Wainwright will lead a two-day training on Theming Plone 4 that includes front-end template development of a Plone 4 site from start to finish using Diazo along with traditional theming practices. The early bird cost is $395 per attendee for both days or $299 for only the single (basic) day.
