Located in North Carolina, Durham Public Schools is looking into revamping their current site in an effort to better address their visitors' needs. Six Feet Up will assist the school district with information architecture and will develop a new website powered by the open source Content Management System Plone. The goal is to make it easier for existing and prospective parents to find the information they are looking for, as well as simplify the online content management effort for the school district staff members. The project also includes the migration of close to 6,000 pages from the existing PHP-driven site to the new Plone-powered website.
