Six Feet Up Assists ReTrans with their Django Upgrade
Six Feet Up recently completed a Django update from version 1.11 to 3.0 for major transportation logistics company ReTrans, a Kuehne + Nagel Company.
The two companies have a longstanding partnership. When ReTrans ran into issues upgrading the system on their own, they tapped Six Feet Up for help.
This had become a pressing issue — Django has recently dropped support for Django 1.11. The out-of-date Django infrastructure left ReTrans exposed to security vulnerabilities and increased upgrade costs.
After a full analysis, Six Feet Up was able to upgrade the Django version on time and under budget.
