Capture scope

  • Capture client and user needs
  • Document user journeys/stories
  • Manage evolving requirements

Coordinate work

  • Partner with Tech Lead for delivery
  • Align UI/UX and tech deliverables
  • Track progress and budget

Report back

  • Share updates with clients
  • Run weekly demos
  • Translate tech wins into business value
  • Create slides and reports
