A regional Plone symposium held in May at Pennsylvania State University, hosted by WebLion. The event includes talks, training, and sprints and is intended for decision makers, developers, integrators, website administrators, and content owners. One of the event's major themes is Plone in education.

Three members of the Sixies team will be presenting talks at the Symposium.

Senior Developer Clayton Parker will talk about content migration in a presentation "Migrating from Drupal to Plone with Transmogrifier."
Six Feet Up CTO / Plone Foundation President Calvin Parker will give a talk about pitching Plone effectively called "How to Seal the Seal."
Six Feet Up will also be running a Plone Tune-Up on Friday, May 20th during the Symposium, hoping to engage some of the Symposium attendees in this monthly effort to address issues with Plone. You can find out more about this at the Plone Tune-Ups page.
