The Professional Business Women of California ("www.pbwc.org":http://www.pbwc.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the advancement of women in the workplace, launched today their new website. Developed and hosted by Six Feet Up, the site is powered by the Plone open source Content Management System to allow the non-profit to easily delegate content editing and overall website maintenance to their members. Besides presenting a galore of information on the mission and benefits of the organization, the site also features very practical information about upcoming events' programs, speakers, sponsors etc. And for those who missed an event, the archive section of the site allows visitors to browse through past conferences' agenda, exhibitors, speakers bios and event photos.
