Six Feet Up Updates Buildout Recipe

The buildout recipe that automatically updates the Plone site and its products has been updated. Six Feet Up Lead Developer Clayton Parker fixed a bug, added an enable option, refactored the plonesite.py script, added example documentation to the readme files, and made sure the code meets the Python style guide standards.
