On September 22, 2015, Six Feet Up partnered with Eleven Fifty Coding Academy for their “What’s Up” open house event. Six Feet Up CTO Calvin Hendryx-Parker met with interested students and presented the line of Python courses taught by Six Feet Up expert developers at the Academy.
Hendryx-Parker also reprised the popular “PB&J Sandwich” exercise he had performed with Colt player Colby Fleener earlier this year, and lead a coding demonstration with local celebrity coder, Indy Eleven Soccer Forward, Duke Lacroix. “Python is the most popular programming language for teaching programming because of its clarity, and readability,” explained Hendryx-Parker. “If you understand English, you already understand Python.”
Six Feet Up is Eleven Fifty’s official Python partner. The web development company has been leading both “Programming Fundamentals” and “Python Web Programming” classes at the Academy since 2014. For more information about Python programming training, please email info@sixfeetup.com
