Plone GetPaid Ecommerce Functionalities to Power Women of Reform Judaism

The Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) represents over 75,000 women in the United States. WRJ spreads its message of openness and diversity by educating and training women on all aspects of belonging to the Reform Movement.

Developed by Six Feet Up and Abstract Edge, the new WRJ website includes custom uses of the Plone GetPaid e-commerce component for several donation pages as well as the e-cards sales, which allows users to create electronic cards that are sent once they are purchased. A custom discount system was created and the entire payment process was made much more secure by implementing SSL. Both customizations were contributed directly back to the GetPaid project.
